Dear All Saints’ Parishioners,

Many of you have asked how to continue sending in your pledges and other offerings. Please mail them to:

All Saints’ Episcopal Church

4936 Dexter Ave.

76107.

We will have in-person worship this Sunday at the church on Crestline Road. Covid precautions (masks and distancing) will be in place and reservations and assigned seating are necessary. You can see about making a reservation here.

Please see the FAQ page we posted here on our website for answers to most of your recent questions. This page will change as new questions arise. We have also posted an executive summary of the litigation over the past dozen or so year on our website here.

Our Site Selection Committee has begun its work. Clearly, this will be a long process and will involve the input of all our parishioners, but the work has been initiated.

Just as soon as possible after Easter, we will begin meeting regularly to start the work of developing our strategic plan for the future as well as our master plan for the new church building. Once we have those early dates after Easter set, I will fill you in.

Many of you have asked what prayer might be helpful at this time. Frankly, I would send you to the Psalms. Open your Book of Common Prayer and read the Psalms. The psalmists over the centuries have experience all kinds of devastating events and expressed them to God in prayer. Another suggestion would be to pray the Daily Office with me on the podcast here. Every Morning Prayer and Evening Prayer is chock full of the psalter, and I know you will benefit from the same. Other helpful prayers can be found here.

We had technical difficulties with the virtual Eucharist last Sunday. If you would like to watch the sermon, please go to my sermon posted here.

I will keep you abreast as we move forward together.

Fr. Jambor
