Upcoming Trial
The scheduled trial, which was to commence on Tuesday, Oct. 24th, has been delayed at the opposition's request. As of now, the trial will begin Monday, November 6 at
1:00 p.m. It will continue on November 7 and 9.
We are disappointed as we were all geared up and ready to go. However, we will adapt and press on.
About the Trial:
Issues at hand: The matter to be resolved is the dispute between us, All Saints’ Episcopal Church, and the breakaway so-called ACNA All Saints over the ownership of the church’s real property, financial assets, and right to use the name “All Saints’ Episcopal Church.”
Attendance: The trial is open to the public. Cell phones will not be permitted, so leave them elsewhere.
