We Have a Rector!
Friends in Christ: We have a Rector! Your Search Committee, formed in October 2024, made up of 5 men and 7 women with a multigenerational makeup, varying numbers of years as members of All Saints’ and service experience across all aspects of worship and ministry. They held 17 meetings, interviewed 12 candidates, had 19 interviews, and completed 2 sight visits. New Home Update - August 2026
As we enter the month of August, we are happy to report that things are beginning to move quickly! We are days away from receiving our final permits and looking forward to the final demolition phase to begin very soon. Over the last few weeks, the Architectural Planning Committee has met with our architects and general contractor to discuss a few final tweaks to the chancel design to incorporate more seating and increase the flexibility of the space for events beyond Sunday w
Fall Safeguarding Training
It’s time for Fall Safeguarding! We are now Safeguarding Godly Play teachers and Lay Eucharistic Ministers, the process includes completion of screening, assigned online modules and an in-person training session (Godly Play teachers only). We are committed to protecting All of God’s Children, and this program is offered through The Episcopal Diocese of Texas. This month, we welcome our new Senior Associate Rector, The Rev. Doug Kirby! Fr. Doug Kirby was born in Louisville, Kentucky. After graduating from Centre College, in Danville, Kentucky, he was commissioned as a Regular Army Field Artillery officer. Across 27 years of active duty, he served in command, staff, and leadership positions in postings in the United States, Germany, the Republic of Korea, and three deployments to Iraq.
