Blessing of the Pets 2026 - UPDATE!

You and your scaly, feathered, and/or furry friends are invited to Blessing of the Animals on the Feast of St. Francis of Assisi!

Come by our future home to receive a special blessing for you and your pet and celebrate the return of one of our most beloved traditions! Due to inclement weather, we will now be hosting a Drive-Thru Pet Blessing in order to combat mud.

Blessing of the Pets will take place on Saturday, October 3, at 4:00 p.m. in the front yard of our future home at 6036 Locke Avenue. Please drive through the Youth House parking lot to receive a blessing from our priests.

Please ensure ALL pets are in carriers and/or remained leashed. If you are unsure if your pet will react well to other animals, you are welcome to bring a photo to be blessed; additionally, stuffed animal friends are also welcome.

We are so excited to see you and your pet there!
