New Home Update - May 15, 2026

The Architecture Planning Committee has been hard at work alongside our new rector, Mother Amanda, whose guidance and direction have been such a gift as we finish this planning portion strong.

I am excited to share that the APC has finalized plans, we have officially submitted them for permits with the city. This is a major milestone for All Saints’. While the permitting process does take some time, it is a necessary and important step as we prepare for what comes next as we build our new church home.

Our congregation already has begun to gather at the new youth house for EYC evening activities, food packing at our new feeding ministry hub at 6037 Locke Ave, and hosted fellowship opportunities like the Crawfish Boil. These moments remind us that a church is so much more than a building. It is the people, the ministry, the laughter, the service, and the life we share together. As plans and permits move forward, our parish is already bringing this new home to life.

There is still work ahead, but this moment is worth celebrating. It represents endless hours of planning and meetings by many people who care deeply about the future of All Saints’. As we move forward, continued support through the fulfillment of pledges already committed to the Capital Campaign remains essential. We are deeply grateful to everyone who has made a commitment to this project and helped bring us to this important milestone. For those who have not yet made a pledge, or who may feel called to increase their support, now is a great time to join in this effort. The heart and strength behind this project has always been the family of All Saints’; your prayers, encouragement, and generosity are what keep this vision moving forward.
