Illuminating the Incarnation, Advent Bible Study with Mthr. Hill

Updated: Dec 5, 2022

The Bible Study concludes this Wednesday, December 14th.

Advent is a season of complicated hope. During this time, we do not just await the arrival of the infant Christ, born in a barn two thousand years ago. We also prepare for Christ’s second coming at the end of days, when he will judge the living and the dead. Perhaps the best guide in this paradoxical season is the prophet Isaiah. In this three week study, we will explore Isaiah’s prophecies of the promised messiah, his vision of Israel’s hope, and his foretelling of the end of days. Together, we will come to see how Jesus fulfills Isaiah’s prophecies, bringing great comfort to God’s people.
