Annual Parish Meeting 2026

The Annual Parish Meeting will be held on Sunday, January 25, in the All Saints’ School Chapel immediately following the 10:00 a.m. service.

The Annual Parish Meeting is the meeting of the members of All Saints’ Episcopal Church Corporation. The purpose of the meeting is to elect the Vestry (the board of directors of the Corporation), to receive reports, confirm the adoption of the Amended and Restated Certificate of Formation of the Parish, and to make changes to the bylaws when necessary. A copy of the Amended and Restated Certificate of Formation is available upon request to Kyle Mankin at kyle@asecfw.org.
