Our Upcoming Trial

Dear All Saints' Parishioners,

Our long-awaited trial in Bankruptcy Court begins on Tuesday, October 24. The trial is open to the public, and you are welcome to attend. Here is the information:

Location: The trial is in the Eldon B. Mahon U.S. Bankruptcy Court, 501 W 10th St, Fort Worth, 76102, in Courtroom 204, the Hon. E. Lee Morris presiding.

Dates: The trial is scheduled for Tuesday, October 24, Thursday, October 26, and Monday, October 30, beginning at 9:30 a.m. (Note: the starting time could change on the 2nd and 3rd dates).

Issues at hand: The matter to be resolved is the dispute between us, All Saints’ Episcopal Church, and the breakaway so-called ACNA All Saints over the ownership of the church’s real property, financial assets, and right to use the name “All Saints’ Episcopal Church.”

Attendance: The trial is open to the public. Cell phones will not be permitted, so leave them elsewhere.

Distance attendance: The trial can be followed on the court’s website: https://us-courts.webex.com/meet/morris.

As we work toward the resolution of our case, keep being the Church – saying our prayers & going and growing as one.

I'll see you in Church!
