Unplug & Reboot: A Lenten Retreat Open to All

The Episcopal Church Women Presents: Unplug & Reboot, a day of Christian practices for de-stressing and building capacity to live our lives with confidence in God’s love!


Expect a variety of experiences at this Lenten Retreat:

  • Guided meditation to achieve emotional calm and present - moment awareness.

  • Seeing ourselves through God’s eyes.

  • Chair yoga to calm body and mind while stretching and strengthening muscles.

  • Name that “Comfort” hymn!

  • Centering Prayer.

  • Thoughts and prayers.


Presenters include Mthr. van Liew, Fr. Bartkus, Dana Campbell, Fr. Wade and Madi Partovi.


This retreat begins at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, March 7, at the Youth House.

Lunch will be provided.
